We make every effort to display true-to-life colors, embroidery details, and textures of our ethnic wear, clothes, and footwear. Minor color variations may occur due to photography lighting and handcrafted artisan processes.
Orders, Custom Fitting & Pricing
All orders placed on Evilato are subject to stock availability and price confirmation. Custom alteration requests for traditional wears are non-refundable once tailoring commences.
Intellectual Property & Brand Media
All brand graphics, product photography, text descriptions, logos, and UI designs on Evilato are protected under intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Exchanges & Footwear Returns
Footwear (Men’s & Women’s Juttis/Shoes) and apparel items may be exchanged for sizing issues within our designated return window, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and retained in original packaging.
Seller & Artisan Conduct Rules
Vendors and sellers listing clothing or traditional footwear on Evilato must guarantee product authenticity and adhere to quality standards. Counterfeit listings will result in immediate shop termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
