Q1. How can I sell my clothes on Evilato?

Ans. Simply register yourself by clicking on sell and post the clear photos of product(white or solid color background)  short description(size, brand condition) of product. And if you are writing brand than show the brand tag in photos .

Q2. Will my account be permanent?

Ans. Yes. After registration when next time you need to login go to my Account.

Q3. How I received the payment if I am the seller?

Ans. You will received the payment in your wallet within 5-9 working days after picking up the product from you and then you can transfer that money into your bank and also can use for shopping.

Q4. If I am selling my clothes on Evilato should I need to pack or deliver the clothes to the buyer?

Ans. No, you don’t need to do packaging or delivering the clothes our logistic person will pick up the product from your place.

Q5. My details are visible to buyer/seller?

Ans. No, we will not show your details to anyone.

Q6. How can I buy clothes from Evilato?

Ans. By adding the clothes which you like in cart and buy it . or by simply clicking on Buy Now.

Q7. Can I(buyer) pay the cash on delivery?

Ans. Yes.

Q8. Can I return my purchase clothes?

Ans. Yes, within 48hours after receiving the delivery.

Q9. How much I supposed to wait for the delivery of product?

Ans. Max 4-6 days.

Q10. What kind of clothes you can buy and sell?

Ans. Expensive clothes which are used once or twice but in very good condition(just like new) in low price. If you are a shop owner and want to join EVILATO you can also sale new clothes (product tag required).

Q13. What about the hygiene?

Ans. We take full care of the hygiene, before delivering the product to buyer we properly clean, sanitize the product check it on 6+ parameters, then pack it than finally deliver to our buyers.
