Shipping:
- Our team will confirm your order (address, colour, size etc) via call within 24 hours.
- If you do not respond to that call, we may keep your order on hold and cancel later(In case of COD).
- If the order is out of stock then Evilato can cancel your order without prior information (In some cases).
- If the order is placed on Sunday or holiday, then the shipping process will start from the next working day. Product dispatch time is 2-3 days.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary with each product, Shipping charges depends on the product weight and destination to which it has to be delivered.
For the selected product we will show the shipping charges on the checkout page, no hidden tax or charge is taken from the customer.
Shipping Time
In case of online payment, your product will be delivered within 3-4 working days (except for some special locations)
In the case of COD, your product will be delivered within 5-6 working days (except for some special locations)
Delivery time may also depend on the following factors:
- The Seller offering the product
- Product’s availability with the Seller.
- The destination to which you want the order to be delivered and the location of the Seller.
For Seller:
- Have to post clear photos with a short description of the product (measurements, type of cloth, size etc.).
- The price of the product should be appropriate according to the product.
- The price of the product should not be more than 70% of its original price.
- If your product will not be in the same condition which was shown/posted by you, the courier partner will not pick up your product.
- The product should be cleaned properly we will check it on our 6+ parameters, if your product qualifies for the hygiene check only then it will proceed.
- The product should not be damaged or faded.
- The seller receives the payment in online mode only.
Cancellation Process:
1. You can cancel your COD order within 24 hours of ordering(Cancellation will not be accepted after 24 hours).
2. For the orders through online payment there is no provision of cancellation but you may contact our team within 5 hours to change the size/colour of the product or even the product at the same price. You can contact our team at support@evilato.com .
3. If you don’t wish to buy anything now, you will get a coupon code for the same amount you can use for shopping on Evilato within 1 year.
3. For both COD as well as online payment, you are advised to contact within the mentioned time period as there is no guarantee of cancellation or changes after that.
4. If in any case, you do not receive your order at the time of delivery then Evilato has complete right to dismiss future COD services at that address. You may contact us for further information.
        Return policy
1. You can easily return your product within 48 hours of receiving.
2. Opening video of the parcel is required to request a return.
Return is only accepted in the cases mentioned below:
Defective or damaged product/ Different product
- If the product is damaged or defective from the manufacturer’s side then your return is accepted and the total amount will be refunded.
- If you receive a completely different product from what you ordered, then also your return request is accepted and the complete amount is refunded.
Not Satisfied with the product:
If you are completely unsatisfied with the product received then you can request for return within 2 days by dropping a mail at support@evilato.com. You need to mention all of your reasons for the return then our team will verify them and the product will be returned if the reasons were found genuine. This process of return can take a longer duration till 7-9 days from the day you raise the return request.
Non-returnable conditions:
Following are the cases in which the product is non-returnable:
1. The product has minor differences like colour/shade from the image shown on the website.
2. You requested for return after 48 hours of delivery.
3. You do not have an opening video of the product.
Process of Return:
1. Drop a return request- support@evilato.com with the subject line “Return Request” Make sure you mention the date of delivery, order ID, registered contact number and product name as it’s important to initiate the return process.
2. After receiving your request our team will review the application and reply to your mail within 24 hours regarding further information.
3. Pick up will done within 2-3 days from the day your return request is accepted.
3. Once the product is picked up from your door and received to the company (within working 8-10 days), our team will check that it is unused, unwashed, tags in place and the product is the same as received. If everything is correct then Evilato shopping coupon as per the return conditions will be given to you on your registered mail Id.
NOTE: Please make sure the product is in the same condition as it was received and the opening is video is recorded properly.
What is Evilato Shopping Coupon?
Evilato shopping coupon is a one time used coupon code given to customers as a refund for all the returns.
This coupon code is valid till 1 year from the date of issuing.
Coupon can be applied to both online as well as cash on delivery orders.
As it is one time used, if you apply it for a product of price less than the coupon amount then the remaining amount cannot be used again.
If the product price is more than the coupon amount then, the coupon amount will be deducted and the remaining you have to pay.
Harassment Policy
This policy includes our all customers, vendors and business colleagues. Evilato will not accept any unprofessional behaviour or any kind of mental harassment. Our team is very polite and work hard for our customers so we also suppose our customers, vendors and business colleagues to co-corporate with us.
